Getting started
How do I transfer my prescriptions to SublimeRx?
Send us a message, call (516) 612-9300, or use the transfer form on our home page. We'll need your name, date of birth, the medication(s) to transfer, and the name of your current pharmacy. We handle the rest with your previous pharmacy directly.
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are completed the same day, often within a few hours. Controlled substances and prescriptions with no remaining refills sometimes require a new prescription from your prescriber, which can add a day or two.
Do I need to do anything if I'm switching from a chain pharmacy?
No. Once you give us your current pharmacy and prescription details, we contact them on your behalf. You don't need to call them, walk in, or do any paperwork.
Insurance and cost
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare Part D and Medicaid. The fastest way to confirm is to call us with your insurance card handy.
What if my medication is too expensive?
Tell us — that's exactly what our Healthcare Cost Navigation service is for. We check manufacturer copay cards, look for therapeutically equivalent generics, screen patient assistance programs, and coordinate with your prescriber on alternatives. There is no charge for the consultation.
Do you handle prior authorizations?
Yes. Our team files prior authorizations directly with your insurance carrier and follows up until a decision is made. You don't need to chase paperwork or sit on hold.
Delivery and pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes. Free delivery across the greater New York area, with no minimums and no fees. We deliver to homes, offices, and care facilities. Same-day delivery is available for prescriptions filled before our cutoff time.
Can I get my medications shipped?
Yes. We ship medications to patients enrolled in services that allow it (no-fault, workers' comp, MTM). Speak to us about your situation and we'll let you know what's available.
What if I need a refill on a weekend or holiday?
Place the refill request through text, voicemail, or our website at any time. We process queued requests as soon as we open the next business day.

What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST). Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST). Closed Sunday.
Where are you located?
138 Rockaway Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. There is free parking onsite.
Can I text the pharmacy?
Yes. Text us directly for refills, transfer requests, and questions during business hours. No phone trees.
For prescribers
How do I send prescriptions to SublimeRx?
We're Surescripts-enabled. Search for SublimeRx in your e-prescribing system, or use our NCPDP, NPI, and DEA on file. Full prescriber details are on our prescribers page.
Do you have a direct line to a pharmacist?
Yes. Prescribers can reach the dispensing pharmacist directly during business hours — no triage, no hold queue.
Do you handle long-term care, home care, and complex patients?
Yes. We provide compliance packaging, refill sync, MTM, controlled substance dispensing, and direct provider coordination for LTC and home care patients.
Wholesale
How do I open a wholesale account?
Apply on the wholesale page. We onboard independent pharmacies, clinics, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and dental practices. Existing customers can log in directly from the same page.
What payment terms do you offer?
Net-30 terms are available for qualified accounts. Talk to your account manager for details.
